Hydraulic Assembly Tank Leak How to fix

I have just completed the restorations of a 1950 Super A. The Hydraulic Assembly Tank is leaking form one of the larger pistons. We have replaced all the O-rings and gaskets three times and we are still getting a significant fluid leak. I am looking for a solution to the problem. My next course of action is to try and put slightley larger O-rings in it to see it that would help.

Any suggestions is greatley appreciated!!
