Bn Help Need help for friend with BN

I have a friend that is think of making a BN out of a B. My question is I need any and all information about this process. I greatly appreciate this help. Yes, as can be seen by my name I am a green tractor man but I love anything that is old and a tractor. I don't feel there is anything wrong with IH. I grew up driving a 1948 IH H that my dad bought in 1980. I love to drive that tractor every chance I get. It brings back alot of good memories.
