Restored My 1950 Super A and I can not get a Temp reading on the gauge. I have used two brand new gauges and have let her run for 2 hours and I get no movement on the Gauge. I have been told that it takes alot to get these engines hot. After two hours of running her in 80 degree daytime temps the engine block is still cool to the touch. Before I started the restoration project it seemed to read just fine. Maybe because I cleaned out the block and the radiator it is just running better and more efficient.
Should I be concerned or is there a fix?
